Introduction.........

I first started making cards about 7 years ago after watching a craft show on TV and pretty soon I was hooked!! I mainly use rubber stamps for my cards as I love colouring the images.

I buy my suppplies from many wondeful online retailers or I stock up when I go to the shows at the NEC twice a year.

I hope you enjoy my blog.....

LOTV punch it challenge

Hi everyone,

Here is my entry for this week's Lili of the valley Punch it challenge......

I have used 'Birthday Bumps' (my current fave!) coloured with copics and used my Martha Stewart eyelet lace edge punch on the side, with MME papers peeping through.

The paper behind the image is My First Edition Spring Feast.

Hope you like it!!

Cupcakes and Deckchair dreaming.....

Hi All,

I am still on a crafting high from Friday at the NEC and have made loads of cards this weekend.....
Here are two cards using Lili of the valley stamps. The bunny cupcakes card is perfect for Mother's day and the Deckchair dreaming bear just reminded me of summer....

The image is coloured using Copics and the paper is First edition papers 'spring feast'.

This image is also coloured using Copics and the paper is MME Good day sunshine. The backing card for both cards is Stampin Up! (love love love their card and colour range!)

Have a good day

NEC and Birthday bumps.....

Hi and hope you are having a good weekend so far....

I went to the Hobbycrafts show at the NEC yesterday and got some lovely goodies, so I made a card using one of the stamps I bought....
This stamp is called "Birthday Bumps" from lili of the valley's new spring collection and I have coloured the image using Copics (E00, E31 and E35 for the bears and BG10, BG45 and BG49 for the blanket). The sentiment is from Fiskars and cloud 9 and the papers are My minds eye.

Please check out my You tube video for other items I bought (link is https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dXhm7jpP87I&feature=channel_video_title )

Tilda sending Love.....

Hi Everyone,

Well it's Monday but at least the sun is shining.....but not where little Tilda is though - she is having all kinds of trouble with that umbrella!!
I coloured this Tilda with Copics on my You Tube channel, so please check it out (ninasanangel).  The paper is from My Mind's Eye and the sentiment from Catslife press....

Have a good day :-)

A Mother's Day Card and You Tube....

This is a Mother's Day card I have made using a new Magnolia Image from the 'You are so special' collection 2011.
She is actually coloured using a mixture of Copics (Skin, Hair and shoes) and Promarkers (Clothes and flowers). This is because I am just changing over to Copics and didn't have the colours I wanted for the clother yet :-)

Please check out my You Tube Channel (Ninasanangel) as I have uploaded some colouring video's. However I had a mixture of success...the first was fuzzy, I improved the quality of the last two but lost sound...Oh well I'm sure I'll figure it out soon!!

Whiff of joy and an upside down dog.....

Happy Sunday everyone!

Today I wanted to share with you two cards I have made using Whiff of Joy 'Willow' stamps....

Both are coloured using promarkers and using Stampin up cardstock in Basic Grey for the backing card. The paper for 'Williow with coffee cup' is from MME Tickled Pink and for 'Dancing Willow' from Me and My Big Ideas Fashion District. The flower is from Prima.

Finally, I read somewhere that a bizarre craze has started on the internet of people taking photos of their Dog upside down.....Strange!! But as my dog is always upside down I thought I would add this photo.....ha ha :-)

Lili of the valley stamps.....

Hi again!

I thought I would share a card I have made using a LOTV stamp. As soon as I saw this stroppy little madam I knew she was perfect for a card for my Sis (sorry Kate!)....
I have coloured her using promarkers (I have recently changed to copics, but more on that another day!). The Happy Birthday is from 'My sentiments exactly' and the words from Catslife Press.
I just love Lili of the Valley stamps and am really looking forward to getting some of the new spring collection at the NEC next week! Cant wait!!

A quick card.....

Here is a card I have made using my new My Minds Eye stamp set. The set is called Mabel "So Sweet" from the Stella and Rose collection....

I stamped the lamp in Stampin up Chocolate chip ink and then did a bit of shading with Copics to make it more 3D. The sentiment is from Catslife press and the papers are from DCVW linen closet and My Minds Eye 'Tickled Pink'.

Hope you have a lovely day!
